Live Tailored One-To-One Help
One-to-one help and tuition is a very different thing to all those wonderful YouTube videos. It’s tailored to tackle just what you need to do. The focus is on learning how to complete the specific tasks you need to do, without having to wade through all the bits you don’t! You can use your own work, and can ask questions and go over things as many times as you need.
This is probably the real essence of what I refer to as “digital hand holding”. It’s tailored specifically for you, and is centred around a secure online video link. Screen sharing facilities allow you to show me exactly what you need help with. And I can show you the solution. Just pre-book in 30-minute or 1-hour slots, at a time to suit you.
As well as being very helpful for digital tasks that crop up from time to time, this is also a great way to fill in the gaps often left by on-demand courses and video or book learning.

General digital skills are many and varied, but I am especially good at simplifying day-to-day tasks for beginners and the more digitally reluctant.

The idea here is to teach you and guide you to complete your own specific small digital tasks, without overwhelming you with detail.
